WD, according to a highly regarded source who is well connected to DoD, Wave's first government VSC customer was not the NSA.

An even better customer than DISA, I think, would be the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). The fellow who runs that establishment wouldn't have to go so far as to advise other DoD agencies/departments to use their TPMs. As I understand it Mr. Hagel could simply issue an executive order, but I think we have a ways to go before seeing anything of that sort.
