I happen to agree with New Wave that the high ranking Federal Agency (Could be the NSA or DISA) that has approved the use of Wave's VSC product and awarded a modest PO.

They should be able to provide support to the other agencies as to what is coming and can point to at least the NIST cryptographic specification Fips 140 being achieved for two TPM OEM's.

After all it was the NSA/IAD Sept/13 that said they were giving the nod for the use of TPM's to any agency wishing to use them but that where applicable NIST approval was still a requirement and that by Jan 2015 all TPM's must be approved for NAtional Security Systems by the NIAP.
