OTCQB tickers are generally SEC reporting companies. So they are fully reporting. OTC Market is trying to make a buck, like the rest of us....But, being a QB will have to become a SEC reporting company. But, I've played many SEC tickers in penny land, even that does not guarantee success.

GRCU will make money for shareholders, by positive news, and being part of the MJ spike that is about to happen. Everyone is counting on this occurring after the November 4th election. IMO it will begin closer to January, but I could be wrong.
