Most all of the Damages suit filed by Treaty against the involuntary bankruptcy folks as been dismissed. No evidence of any damage done to TECO by petitioners. All that is left is a small possible punitive judgment award which is looking unlikely and like some attorneys fees may be awarded.

The second link is a appeal filed by Treaty the for partial summery judgment that Judge Brown has ruled in the damages suit I believe.
