The patent on MCT-125 expires in 2019, they have done nothing with it since licensing it from Amarin except for putting out a press release a few years ago stating that they had hired a company to do the trials, a company that seems to have been out of business for a while.

There is not nearly enough time now to run trials and get it approved before the patent expires, it will never happen.
