Even you, said that they wanted to file for 2013 and 2014 instead of 2012 - 2013, because of one PR.

To be current, anyway, just like now they would need to file till the last 2014 Q.

Also it's a prerequisite for the S-1 and the $5millions financing if it's not bogus...

Just filing the S-1 can be pretty long...
Depending what's in the S-1, it can be even longer...
Then they have to file a form 10.
Very long also cause SEC will check every thing before saying O.K.
