I'm sure there will be a PR...If I understand correctly, the higher the share price leading up to the IPO the better as they may be able to adjust their offering and sell less shares for more per share.

With regards to price movement, I guess all that will depend on what is said in the S-1. If they are going to have an offering for $4, then anything under $4 PPS is going to be viewed as a discount to traders/investors so it wouldn't shock me for the PPS to fly up somewhere near the PPS they are looking for from the offering.

For instance, if they are looking for $4, then buying at $3.50 means a likely 14% return and makes sense for someone to buy there. $8 offering, than buying at $7 would potentially offer the same return and makes sense for people to still want to be buying there...

I'm expecting a large move in PPS once the filing is in and a full prospectus regarding current assets, plans for the money, etc. are revealed, in addition to a fat PR (which I think we get today or tomorrow).

In my low side estimate, the company is already worth around $1.70 per share (others value it currently at $3.50-$5.00 PPS) just based on current art assets of $100,000,000+ add in the purchase of what could be a BILLION dollar (recurring) software company and the sky is the limit!!!

Hold on tight, it's coming soon IMO!
