I'd like to think DISA was Wave's first government VSC customer, but it's only speculation. As a recent Federal News Radio article pointed out, "DISA...is in charge of the security approval process for most of the information technologies DoD uses." Whatever agency is helping Wave recommend the use of TPMs for VSC, it seems they would need to have some relevant influence over IT security within government.
