It makes perfect sense. As we legally have a year to file charges from the time that fraud was discovered which was 4 months ago from the statemans records identifying all the acquisition info from Telogis Oslo, Norway entity and the SEC has no time limit to file fraud charges.

Therefore im in no hurry as time is on our side. How do you m now what my attorney said? Lol
