Architects deal with construction not market value of real estate although they are related. The real estate sales notice that is being mentioned is for an empty building on a leased piece of land. Without the equipment and supporting utilities such as plumbing you have maybe something like a glorified warehouse.

I could speculate further but the truth is real property is what one buyer is willing to pay for a specific piece of property. This would also apply to the equipment. The ad does confirm what Bruce said and that is there is little interest in anyone buying the building.

I am not interested in all the speculation that is on going and on going and on going. Alias, I have read almost every comment you have made for the last two years and have respected your input but there are many conflicting comments and much inference. Bruce has been timely and candid on updating stock holders, and I appreciate it. Cynthia did not keep us informed.
