Personally I do not understand how any serious trader can expect to trade relying on Level II from this site -- am I missing something here?

Normally a broker provides Level II on their trading platform as part of their basic service, either for free or at a norminal cost (at least every brokerage I have ever used does). If yours doesn't, perhaps you should consider switching brokers. . .
