I think this is good. People are used to it, the industry has been tumultuous for all customers over the past few years. It'll be a welcome non-change for fliers. People have been really pissed with the conversion rates and seeing their miles evaporate with the switch over on a few other carriers. It will retain customers and make for some goodwill.
