Rosemount, I also read in the paper to expect a 14% increase. What I got was 88% which NC B/C B/S verified as correct. I filed a complaint with NC Insurance Commission and they called back this morning.
To sum it up, since the grandfathered policies do not allow any new people in, they are considered money losers for the ins companies. By making them so expensive they can basically force you into an obamacare plan, which is what will happen to me.
