there you go again describing a legacy tpm issue.

using your logic with a bit of experience and integrity thrown in, you should advise people to expect few government orders until a critical mass of the new tpms are deployed. that will take years.

but you'd never do that. your aim is to tease folks with success, just like ss used to do.
