whatever, I don't know what mark said or meant, nor do I care about some techincallity of a statement on 'when' it will happen, I am merely stating I would not be surprised if Finra said, the only way to get a 211 approved is for you to file a Form 10, now if Mark thought that meant, they would immediately approve it, his assumption could be off, but I could see how he could make the statment, and now every shareholder and non shareholder are jumping to conclusions, LOL..

I honestly will wait this out and see what happens, and don't care what others think or say, my common sense approach is enough for me. He payed more for an audit and a form 10, and no way he does that blindly without instruction, plain and simple to me.
