Treaty's Representative and Stock Promoter Planton Petratos now making threats to the victims of Treaty's fraud claiming the victims are the ones that violated SEC rules and are going to be investigated. Very typical of con men like those involved in Treaty's fraud to try and blame the victims. Especially when the heat is on and the con is falling apart.

I bet when the time comes Petratos will sing like a bird to the SEC to try and cut a deal.
