your point is mute. The filing you are referring to is dated June 29, 2012...The filing that refers to ADI as being a division is June 11, 2013. The information we posted about Subs and divisions and my past experience with M@A's show clearly that a company can change a wholly owned subsidiary to a DIVISION at a whim and vice versa....Mac made that change without an 8-k while we were listed on the pink sheets, it was not required to file such changes..Someone needs to email Mac and ask him why he changed ADI to a Division and for what purpose...We can tell you why...When Provista Dx reverse merges with Radient, the ADI Division will be run and managed separately.. That is why Mac is listed as President and Akio as Secretary of ADI...William will eventually be head of the ADI Division while Reese will continue to run PDX...ProvistaDX will specialize in their recent pipeline of female cancer tests, while GCDX will run ADI and focus on the other cancers, mainly CC and lung Cancer.....imo Wolf Pack

Woofie, your argument is just foolish. In the following filing, Mac uses the term division and subsidiary interchangeably to describe both the IVD (ADI) and Therapeutics (nuvax) as a division and subsidiary.
