I never said I had held on thru 3 R/S, I was part of the last one and have been waiting to get at least a fraction of a return back. If things had not been going on around me at the time I would've been able to make the point I was trying to make clearer. For a company (212) that has stated it wants to be looked at by big investors as reputable/respectable/responsible (the 3 R's) to do business with someone like Gio who is not any of those things (Lies/theft/manipulation) makes me wonder about their sincerity. Also, what will gio have to do with this new company..will they have him as the stock guy? It just strikes me as odd and all I see is the same suit with a new face. An R/S is the only option here for any of us to make $, it sucks but it's true, the problem is that we may be looking at room of Gio's who intend on the same business practices of a lot of smoke and mirrors instead of a coalition of people that are on the up and up. Wouldn’t an announcement of the merger along with some future plans and a reduction of shares put a run on the pps thru Dec, making money for everyone? Then in Jan call for a R/S so this years (2014) expenses could be (as you suggested to me) written off? But instead they want to speed thru the process screwing as many as they can to fill their pockets and still have the nerve to fart on us, telling us it’s cologne. Like I said, different face same suit. JMO
