Read farther... the DOD teat was never intended to result in a government contract. Its sole purpose was to have independent verification that the concept works so that they could attract an investor to pay for the development of a marketable product. The DOD test failed the day it began and the word is that they won't look any farther until the company produces an independent verification from another lab. Hah! Every test to date has failed. All there is of a positive note was individual testimonials.
