Whats an ongoing concern? never heard of it.

Livewire has a GOING CONCERN opinion in its filing. Not ALL SMALL CAPS have this warning in its filings, not even close.

Also, the GOING CONCERN is not in Livewires filings to warn investors not to buy its stock (although its a good idea). Its the opinion of their accounting firm with regard to the solvency of Livewire.
