oh - and please be distinct where it is in the letter from the 24th which trumps the letter from the 10th... Which means they got it done in the TWO weeks after the 10th. And sorry they did not PR THAT item....

I would also point out from the very same letter you pull your 3 or four words from, you will find this atrocity....
evaluation of Baltia's manuals and processes thus far in the certification
project. The guidance and evaluation standards were drafted from 8900.1 Volume 10
Chapter 6 sec 2. The manual revisions, programs and document package were found to be
satisfactory to continue towards certification.[/b]
