How much is just the land worth that VRCH owns? There are listings in Pt. St. Lucie, FL for 1/4 acre lots between $20-$75k+. Take a median price of $40k for a 1/4 acre, VRCH owns 350 acres. So 1 acre is valued at conservatively $100k. 350 acres X $100k = $52 million dollars. $52m divided by 11m o/s is roughly $4.70 share:
