Been noticing the same thing. Seems you'll find a high number of high member marked posters pumping away on the MBs of whatever stocks are selling dilution. Selling's done and they disappear just like clockwork. They've either been hired to do it, or have been very closely following convertible debt conversion schedules on various stocks and load the bottom to sell the pump, or both. Probably both in most cases. Makes for a good day trade but that's about it. Things might change for awhile after the first of the year. MJ stocks have been trying to make a comeback and when TLS is done it'll be time to start fresh. Have to wait and see.
BTW, ELRA came with a 58M shr 13G after the close and that's likely what was sold yesterday.
