No it's Flu vaccine has been fast tracked:

Novavax' H7N9 Virus-Like Particle Vaccine Candidate (H7N9 VLP) adjuvanted with Matrix-M™.



The FDA has already stated that once clinical trials show an effective Ebola vaccine that those particular vaccines will likely also be fast tracked. The clinical trials for the Novavax ebola vaccine do not start until mid December.
