I agree. I am not sure how Tibbar will move forward without financing. The last PRs from Tibbar and VSPC both have said that construction on the plant would start at the beginning of Q1 2015. I was skeptical that it could meet its June 2015 launch with that timing. It will be impossible if Tibbar does not start construction by the end of Q1. You also have to expect that the later they expect to launch, the later they will expand their plantation. The timing of both have to be in synch. Hopefully, the construction is actually starting earlier.
