Where is the trading at that you told me would happen by the

end of October? Not a peep from Lee, can he tell us why he

can't get the stock to be trading? What is the reason?

Don't you think the investors are entitled to updates and

why things are or are not happening. How long has it been

since we sent our money on expectations of getting out of

bankruptcy and be trading again as a solvent company?


I remember when Lee called me on my cell phone and said he was

shooting for the end of February here we are almost 7 months

later not a thing from Lee about when we will be trading.


I am asking you to get a firm date from Lee and why are we

taking so long, and if we will never trade just say so.
