It could be that people are getting nervous. The MOU is to be finalized at the latest on November 16. It's the end of October and no news. It's coming down to crunch time and possibly those that bought in at fifty cents are taking their profits. Based on the track record of the management of PVCT one couldn't blame them. Remember the BTD disaster?

If the MOU isn't signed and the phase 3 study doesn't really get started until the first or second quarter 2015 the value of PVCT will plummet. I am not bashing or trying to short this stock. I am long PVCT.
