The way I see it:
The US Army has already done extensive work with Ebol-1. This would mean they understand the technology. I ask myself, "why would they sign to work Ebol-2 if they did not feel that this could be the ticket. If our previous Ebol-1 was not effective at all and did not show signs of possibilities, they would have never signed back with us. I am sure they have had numerous meetings. With the improvements made to the cide, the army must feel that this has a good chance or they would have never signed to dedicate the lab space.

I would have to agree with others on the board that this will be NNVCs chance to let the world know we mean business. When you are talking about human lives, it is a pretty serious business. JMHO.
