What I find interesting is the PR released on April 8th. http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=61768586 It seems to me that a CEO worth its weight in salt would ensure compliance with all laws and regulations for final approval and to permit Quasar in moving forward with the deal before the press release. Did the CEO know that QASP did not comply with the rules and regulations for a dispensary under Colorado law? IMO this was her way to Rope-A- Dope the shareholders of QASP
