Ha Ha Ha lol lol couldnt be more wrong!!!!!!!

A company, like LIVEWIRE, that hasnt shown profits IS NOT the reason for the GOING CONCERN reference in filings. It has to do with the companies potential inability to continue operations due to lack of sufficient funds.
