welcome, my advice, and I stress it's my advice would be to research back on this company, when they went public; and keep in mind what direction it's been going, WHY they say it's where it is, why they cannot get ANY financing or backing.
Warner, some claim was involved during the Hangover Movie hype, this shot was gonna take over the world.( truth being WARNER let them use the moniker and TM, signed a contract and HJOE paid them, to use it.
Larry did not approach HJOE with a great idea of this " energy shot", they again approached him.He has no financial stake in this product, he has invested nothing, he gets paid( for now, company has had a few small issues regarding funds, such as NOT paying bills, than get sued).
Larry gets money for his name( quarterly, regardless of sales, HE. Gets money), any sales and the % of goes to his charity. If you would like to see how much thought they put into the products for his charity, check out AMAZON, catfish batter, can juan Chitlin sauce etc, he still gets paid) He isn't invested, the odd tweet and photo from his peeps sends this board into a frenzy.
HJOE released info on a completed deal in Dec 14 8500 stores, 10 million shots, signed sealed and.......poof nothing, the Media2U company in the contract you can't get a number for, NOT 1 shot has crossed the ocean to Japan) but things are looking up, they say.
I've been here on/off since it was first started, go back on posts and see the same arguments, claims predictions by a poster or two, every single one is I predict, I saw,I spoke wait 6 months, wait for the next numbers they will be big etc etc.
It's been that rhetoric since .30 cent mark, the same people here who point out things with the company on the board, have not changed their message since we watched them butcher the company and release expectations/deeds that have never been met, nor accomplished.. .30ish to .0027, it's now in pinks, absolutely no obligation now to report anything, how many companies have you ever invested in with this history have you seen drop from mid dollar to sub zero PINK and return ( same frequency as Haileys Comet), if you can ride it back to .01, consider that a windfall and bail out.
You will hear otherwise, but look back and remember the drum beaters have been here BUYING all the way DOWN ( other than a couple cents for a limited time) this price has went strait down, do you think people whom have been buying to avg down wont dispute this post, absolutely they will, I would if I had sunk that much into this and believed they wait till nxt quarter idea it's gonna go, imagine how much Id lose holding it now, the main players haven't bought/sold for two years they have BOUGHT.. Don't use this board as a barometer of this company, don't think that FaceBook and Twitter are investment companies with real facts, they aren't.
It's in the PINK for a reason.
No one will finance them, NO-ONE, how many companies with a great future don't have some whiz kid picking up on the potential and getting a piece, it has no potential, no legitimate investment, still has toxic funding, but now the books can be cooked, it's pump for dump PINK now, or someone smarter than us would be all over it.
RESEARCH IT without using this board or FaceBook, if you invest at all, after researching you will be gone, unless it's a lottery chance and you got a few hundred to take a chance, otherwise"...............
