Well only people who work for JAMN can be sure, but I already showed you that they have no chance of making a profit this quarter, so they don't have cash coming in for operations, and it's unlikely that the burn rate has changed - they have to pay salaries for the non-officers of the company; they have to pay for the coffee and production; they have to pay for the headquarters.

But I don't think we'll have to wait the 46 days; I wouldn't be surprised if they sent out a press release in the next week or so. If they're really low on cash, they'd want to have the next cash infusion before the end of the quarter so that their next report looks better.
