Lol the source is the SEC. Quiet period does not apply to OTC stocks aka penny stocks. And fare has stated they are doing it regardless based on their lawyer's advice. Again it'sBS . Since they have used this last Lame excuse to further put off notifying investor's aka "marks" that they still have no news of any substance. If your source is FARE you should look at their record of being truthful. Like I've stated too many times they are not for real. I'm just hoping they have a good pump left in them
