Rick Rule is predicting another dip coming for the junior miners due to tax loss selling in November/December. He recommends picking 5 or 6 quality juniors that you want and have cash ready for the upcoming dip.

Look what happened last year around the same time. Big dip and then a fierce short term rally into March. After that, it turned to dog doo and could happen again but probably worth taking a chance on a short term bounce.
