If you look at the 10-Q Quarterly report there are dozens of financial companies that loaned Mind solutions money for cash and are holding Promissory Notes. Some have opted to convert these Notes into VOIS stock. This is saying in a big way that many professional financial institutions believe this company is legit and value its stock to accept it in lieu of cash repayment. Mind Solutions is just in research/start-up stage and has no revenue thus requiring financial assistance now. Once the new product is released and many buy it this will all change and the loans will be closed out if all the promissory Notes have not already been converted to VOIS shares. GLTA.
