Last year it was mid nov when they filed late as usual. That probably doesn't help the stock price . This stock is priced like it has been wrecked by dilution .Last time there was a share increase here was over two years ago . I think the restrictions on the insider block are over if not by now real soon. I guess no one believes. This stock doesn't move very much. Ive been in it a long time. Just need a profit. Its been in this area a long time. Volume picked up a bit today compared to yesterday I think its still kind of low though.
