Cutting the Pie:

Physicians are actually paid a small percentage of the overall sum that patients pay for procedures. A majority of the cost can be attributed to the hospital/facility fee. The anesthesia and surgery fee will account for up to $1500 of the total cost of the procedure. At $10k per eye thats 15%. Very small. ACTCs percentage will be high.
