I think when I read the 10-Q I'm going to scoff at it.

Their revenue was cut in half YoY. They're now on a $16.5 million clip and going down.

I am assuming the cell phone company used QUIK as a stop gap measure and is moving on. The 10Q and conference call will shed light on what's happening.
