It shouldn't affect POW! at all. The case was between Stan Lee Media and Disney (Stan Lee wasn't a defendant in the case). I think the case(s) against POW!/Stan Lee from Stan Lee Media have been similarly dismissed. I think Stan Lee Media still has at least one outstanding case with Disney. POW! doesn't benefit or lose from these cases.
