Nope. The original insiders are long gone. This is the 3rd generation. And this is all legal. Occasionally you may get a few of these stinky pinkie insiders prosecuted civilly, but it's rare and has to be really egregious.

The SEC's attitude is kind of "If you buy a stock knowing that there are death spirals, no profits and lots of debts, good luck and God bless."
