If you can play it right and get it lower, that would be great! But news could hit at any time which could send this to .15+ in half of an hour, depending on the news.

What I like to do is first get a position I'm comfortable with, then set a big bid in at a lower price. If it gets there GREAT, if not, still great :)

There could be more shares to be converted, so if these folks don't get their cheese at .04+, they could go fishing for it lower, that is if the company doesn't get them out with a PR.

A/S is currently at 500 mil so they are running out of room.
O/S is around 220 mil.
