No, probably not. Usually when the insiders have advanced notice, the volume will be much larger than this the day before news hits.

The movement of this stock is unpredictable. It will decline for no reason and news that should make it soar, doesn't. Case in point is the working with RTN announcement.

One thing TMMI should have requested is a comment from RTN about the joint venture. We would be well over a dollar if that happened. But the way it was written left many doubts; especially when Cavanaugh stated they had been working with RTN for over a year at the time of the announcement.
