I don't know what company you are looking at but the one I'm looking at, NNVC, just closed a CRADA with USAMRIID in one of their hard to get BSL-4 labs. Hard for me to see anything you are talking about regarding this company considering they have reactivated an agreement from 2009 and USAMRIID seems to think it's worth their time budget to examine Ebolacide in their labs one more time. This isn't in-house testing like those you to which refer.

I read an interesting article about how many companies were unscrupulously taking advantage of the ebola fear to pump their companies via fluffy pr campaigns to artificially inflate the stock price for dumping. When I get home I will find and post the article. It seems like that pattern is occurring here.

Not saying it is just that it sure looks that way.
