Extremely light volume.

To your point Hudson holds warrants now. The conversion price is much higher and a non factor now based on the current market price. I haven't done the math conversion and chart measuring the swings, but a good guess leads me to believe the market maker is holding under 250,000 shares.

A good million share day (buying out the Market-Makers inventory) could send this easily back to 50 cents maybe a $1.
