They are seriously out of date. However, the company has stated they would move fast to get them current, if they did ever receive funding.
We can dream here. Maybe they get funded and maybe one day IOBS and the PVA plastic finally move forward. Some of you may not know what the deal is with the PVA plastics. Well the company will receive 5M shares of this China plastic business. The game plan in 2010, was that entity would go public with the share price between $10 and $20. That's kept me hanging around.
The world needs a fully degradable plastic, just like they need the IOBS test for T.B., malaria. However, this company has been dark for the past year and has not been real honest with investors. So please do your own DD. This company hurt a lot of investors, if I didn't average down, I would be under water here.
I give it a 10% chance of happening. The only positive I can say, is they could have continued to pump out Pr's and maybe learned a lesson. They stated they will not release anything until the money is in their account. The years have passed and IOBS and the PVA may no longer be the opportunities, we were led to believe. As you can see, some investors carry a grudge. Waste their life's making sure you know the back ground. You would be surprise what they did in 2009 and now pretend to be holly then thou. But we all have our hang ups. Bet they wish they had listened themselves in 2009. There were many warnings that they choose to ignore. Be careful here. GL and cross your fingers.
One last point, we cannot rule out that the Hardman's whisper in the ears and could have diluted into this. When I started investing in it, they told us no dilution. That was at 93M shares, today they have diluted another 150M. To be fair they did retire some debts with the dilution. Be careful either way here. Nothing ever seems to work out for them.
