Please explain how only sellers showed up to an ask slappers party.

You surely aren't implying the insiders were content to dump at any PPS from 0014 to 0016? As in after selling to retail wanting to "average down" at 0018, they could be confident that same retail wouldn't throw in the towel at 0013 forcing the insiders to buy the stock instead of dumping it.

The concept of insiders continuing to sell to retail at 0014 to 0016 with a par value cost of 0005 in this stock would be... well shocking - NOT!
