I see a bunch of convertible notes and warrants that can be exercised . The share price below .03 will allow the Guaranteer of these notes get shares at a 51% discount to the lowest average over 10 day period. and a final Note which was written at .01, or with the same conversion rate if it falls below .01.

seems as though there will be some shares coming out early in November. I can put it on Radar, but Im not to excited.
