I was reading the same information about the ADTM investor James Batmasian and thinking the same thing that he has a son but I knew it was senior who invested. However just because he likes his woman and not Uncle Sam doesn't mean Shareef and/or ADTM is doing anything illegal. And believe me I have been very skeptical of Shareef. I still think he is pathetic for how the whole OneScreen deal started and ended, especially with the lack of transparency and that special meeting of the back-pocket majority voting to give half the float for Media Graph based on OneScreen's business prior to news coming out concerning their fraudulent business practices that decimated the company and had it swirling around the toilet bowl before Shareef came riding in on his golden goose paid for by we shareholders. I do believe that as you previously stated Media Graph may end up being a steal, but based on where OneScreen was at, and that the 50K clause was also added during the time of that special meeting, I feel there are unanswered concerns that Shareef refused to address and that doesn't sit well with me. Transparency and shareholder value have not been as important to Shareef as he promised they would.

And it is 100% obvious that ADTM is NOT a scam....what a joke to even state such things considering where ADTM is at today.
