So, you are saying that the counter suit and all the new defendants being served is just standard operating procedure? And yet all of you have been claiming for many months that there would be no counter suit, nobody being served, etc.. But I guess that goes along with the guaranteed dollar stock price and so many more incorrect guesstimates.

And now you think Dimension is near the end? I'm pretty sure that is not the case, as they are the ones bringing the heat right now. And with tmm having no case whatsoever and facing a 100% chance of losing, it could get ugly around here very soon. Even if the judge tosses tmm's case on 11/25 as she should, I would not expect Dimension to stop their counter suit.
