Could Sofran LLC possibly be emulating the real above company without their knowledge "if" this is the case? Is it legal if the name is just close enough?

Could this be possible? Could a lawsuit ensue? Online search only comes up with a REAL COMPANY called Sofran Partners & NOT Sofran llc!
